DailyBread+ respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected when you use the DailyBread+ mobile app and website, how it may be used, and the choices available to you.

Information you provide

• Name, email address, and account credentials.
• Prayer journal entries, notes, saved studies, favorite verses, and reading progress.
• Community posts, comments, replies, and other content you choose to share.
• Questions or prompts submitted to AI-assisted Bible study features.
• Support requests and communications sent to DailyBread+.

Information collected automatically

The app and its service providers may collect limited technical information needed to operate, secure, and improve the service, including device type, operating system, app version, crash information, diagnostics, usage events, IP address, and security logs.

Account and cloud services

DailyBread+ may use Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, and related cloud services to provide sign-in, synchronize content, store user-created content, prevent abuse, and maintain app reliability.

AI-assisted features

Text submitted to AI-assisted Bible study features may be sent to an AI service provider so a response can be generated. Do not include sensitive personal information in AI prompts. AI responses may be inaccurate and are not professional, legal, medical, or pastoral advice.

Bible narration and audio

Bible narration may use device audio capabilities or third-party text-to-speech or audio services. Playback preferences and related settings may be stored to provide the feature.

Community content

Content posted to community areas may be visible to other users. Do not post private or sensitive information. Community content may be reviewed, moderated, removed, or restricted to enforce app rules, protect users, or comply with law.

Subscriptions and purchases

Apple processes in-app subscriptions and purchases made through the App Store. DailyBread+ does not receive or store your complete payment card number. Apple may provide transaction status, subscription status, product information, and limited purchase information needed to provide premium access and support.

Mission-support payments

Voluntary mission-support payments made through the DailyBread+ website are processed by Stripe. Stripe may collect contact, billing, payment-method, and transaction information. DailyBread+ does not receive or store your complete card number or card security code.

How information is used

• Create and manage user accounts.
• Provide Bible reading, narration, prayer, study, community, and premium features.
• Synchronize content and preferences across devices.
• Process subscription status and mission-support transactions.
• Respond to support requests.
• Detect fraud, abuse, security threats, and policy violations.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, analyze, and improve DailyBread+.
• Comply with legal obligations.

Sharing of information

DailyBread+ does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers when necessary to operate the app and website, including cloud hosting, authentication, analytics, AI, payment processing, crash reporting, security, and customer support. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.

Data retention

Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, and enforce agreements. Deleted information may remain in backups for a limited period.

Your choices and rights

You may be able to review, update, or delete certain information in the app. You may also request access, correction, or deletion by contacting support. Some records may be retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or transaction-record purposes.

Account deletion

You may request deletion of your DailyBread+ account and associated personal information through the app's account-deletion option or by emailing dailybreadplus.support@gmail.com.

Children's privacy

DailyBread+ is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without appropriate authorization.

Security

Reasonable safeguards are used to protect information, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

International processing

Information may be processed or stored in the United States or other countries where DailyBread+ or its service providers operate.

Changes to this policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated as DailyBread+ changes. The updated date at the top of this page will be revised when changes are published.
